Cleaning fees are outrageous!!! It’s baffling that toilet rolls were missing in multiple bathrooms, and having only four glasses for a room that sleeps five is just lazy. Also, no staff presence is concerning!!!

It was just a fitting option for a short visit in Reykjavik with excellent value for money. The room came with a well-stocked coffee station, which I really enjoyed in the mornings. Try to book a room away from the noise of the street for a better night's sleep.

Conveniently located, the space was both clean and modern, ideal for our family of five. The mini fridge was a definite plus, keeping our drinks fresh while we explored. While everything was pleasant, occasionally the noise level from nearby streets was a bit disruptive, and we experienced some delays in responses initially, which could be improved. The Asian street food options nearby were fantastic for our meals.

Perfect location with helpful communication
I had a wonderful stay with a spacious room and a clean bathroom, which made my trip enjoyable. The location made it super easy to explore the downtown area, and I appreciated the clear check-in instructions I received right away. However, it would have been nice to have fresh towels provided during my stay.

great location but noise issues
The hotel was exceptionally clean, and I appreciated the efficient door codes for check-in. The shower had great water pressure, making for refreshing experiences. I enjoyed the nice city view from my room, which added to my stay. Plus, the mini refrigerator and coffee maker with ample pods were convenient amenities.
There were some noise disturbances from neighboring rooms.
